Can I return an order?
Yes, should you wish to return anything bought from us online, please call our customer service helpline at 0800 014 886 or email online.za@lecreuset.com, and we will gladly assist you.
How long do I have to return a product?
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original tax invoice, within 30 days of purchase. Should a product be found to be defective after this period, it can still be returned subject to each product’s respective warranty.
What is a defect?
A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
What are the refund options available for a return?
The available options are dependent on the reason for the return and include the following:
Exchange – You can request an exchange if you’d like a different size or colour of the same product; or if you would like to exchange for a completely different product. Where there is a substantial price difference in a product exchange, a Le Creuset Gift Card will be given for the price difference.
Replacement – If you have received a product in a defective or damaged condition, you may request a replacement product.
Refund – We do not offer cash refunds – you will be credited with a Le Creuset Gift Card to the equivalent value. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, please note that we are under no obligation to refund a product that is not faulty.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once received by our warehouse, your return request will be processed within 3-7 working days.
Can I return sale products?
Yes, sale products can be returned. Please note Black Friday Promotional products can't be returned or exchanged.
International returns and refunds
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original tax invoice within 30 days of purchase.
If a product is found to be defective after this period, it can still be returned, subject to each product's respective warranty.
Please note that you will be liable for all direct costs that Le Creuset incurs, including shipping, local VAT, and duties.
